Please review the following terms and conditions which govern the use of products from the Site and set forth the agreement ("Agreement"). By accessing, browsing, or using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bounded by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Site.

General

We may from time to time change the terms and conditions that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to our Site from time to time.

Registration

Upon completion of your order, you must complete the Registration Application, agree to be bounded by this Agreement, and pay to CREAMJEWELRYBEST.com all applicable fees. In its sole discretion, CREAMJEWELRYBEST.com may refuse to accept an order or limit the use of the Site. The Company may also revoke access to the Site because of misuse of the Site or for breach of this Agreement.

Fees/Charges

You (Buyer) agree to pay to CREAMJEWELRYBEST.com the fees relating to products and services purchased by you. CREAMJEWELRYBEST.com may change the fees and charges in effect or add new fees and charges at any time. You are responsible for paying any and all applicable taxes.

General Return Policy

At CREAMJEWELRYBEST.COM we realize that things don't always go as expected, and sometimes goods may have to be returned – a product may be defective, you have received the wrong item, or maybe you have just changed your mind.

If you receive a broken item, or any part of your item breaks within the first 30 days, you may send the item back to us for a replacement at no cost to you. Please be aware that our 30 day craftsmanship warranty only covers manufacturer's defects. Please note that beyond 30 days ONLY EXCHANGES will be accepted within 90 days of the original receipt of the order.

It does not cover the following:

• General wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, nicks, or missing stones
• Although our jewelry is resistant to moisture, water damage is not covered
• Fading/chipping of the material on the product (which depends almost entirely on how you handle the product)
• Damages by any type of chemicals and jewelry cleaner
  
• Lost or missing parts
• Damage due to personal misuse or negligence

'Change of mind' Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simple notify us via phone(888-422-4771) or email(support@crjbest.com). For a credit or refund to be issued, the item must be returned to us in its original condition - undamaged and unopened, including the outer packaging. Once the item is returned and assessed, we will provide you with a credit or refund for the product amount only(excludes shipping fee). The following terms apply:

• There will be a 15% restocking fee for all qualifiable refunds unless goods are defective or there is a shipping error.
• Shipping charges will not be refunded unless products are defective or there is a shipping error.
• If Free shipping was chosen for your goods $4.50 will be substracted from the total amount of your order.
• If any other items associated with purchased products are not returned, the value of the items will be subtracted from the return.

Shipping

We ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS). International orders are also shipped by USPS and UPS. International customers are encouraged to place and order. Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 24-48 hours. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible. We use recycled boxes and packing materials for mail orders.

Most internet orders placed before 3pm Eastern Time Monday thru Friday will be processed and confirmed the same day. 
Please note, orders placed after 3pm Eastern Standard Time Monday thru Friday, may not be processed and confirmed until the following business day. 

Orders placed after 3pm Friday generally will be processed and confirmed on the following Monday.  Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not business days.  We observe all federal holidays.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and confirmed on Monday (most orders will also ship Monday). 
Order acknowledgment, confirmation of product availability, and shipping tracking information will be provided to you via email after your order is processed.
Order acceptance occurs only when your order has been shipped. We will notify you by email when that has occurred. 
A physical address is required for shipment.
We verify all credit cards before shipping. In some cases, this may delay stated delivery dates.

USPS Insurance

Our responsibility is to ship your order in a reasonable timeframe and in the condition described. Since we can not control how your package is handled in transit, unfortunately we can not guarantee losses of your package or damages on it. Therefore it is strongly recommended for you to insure the packages. Please note that if you choose the option of non-insurance, you are accepting full responsibility of that package and further obligation.

Since UPS, however, includes Carrier Insurance in the shipping fee, your item can be insured without paying extra charge.

Expected Delivery Date

All dates are estimates and may vary.
Standard Ground: 3-7 business days after order processing
2-3 Day Express: 2-3 Business days after order processing
2-3 Day Express delivery dates do not have guaranteed delivery times.  Signatures may be required upon delivery. Drivers will not leave packages without signatures, so you must arrange for someone to receive the package and sign for it. You may want to use a business shipping address to ensure that someone will be available to sign for the package.
Transit days for ground shipments and 2-3-Day Express are business days and do not include weekends or holidays.

Use of the Material

The contents of the Site, such as text, graphics, images and other material ("Material") are protected by copyright under both United States and foreign laws. Unauthorized use or duplication of the Material may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. You must retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Material on any copy you make of the Material. You may not sell or modify the Material or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the Material in any way for any public or commercial purpose. The use of the Material on any other Web site or in a networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited.

If you violate any of the terms of this Agreement, your permission to use the Material automatically terminates.

The Company's Liability

Although CREAMJEWELRYBEST.com will strive to ensure the accuracy of the information on the Site and of the Material, they may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. CREAMJEWELRYBEST.com makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Material or about the results obtained from using the Site and the Material.
